Giving up on your local radio market

Has anyone given up (or come close to giving up) on their local radio market as a listener?

I know other markets have it worse, but it seems like the Milwaukee market has gotten pretty bad over the last decade in terms of programing, formats, and on-air talent across the board.

Here in Milwaukee we have no Classical, no (real) Oldies, no liberal talk, no Jazz, no 24/7 News/Traffic station.

Other markets have some (or even all) of these formats, but not Milwaukee.
