That would be cool to see happen. WXXM in Madison has done well over the past 8 years. But radio programmers are starting to move away more from partisan talk radio, except for some of the more established conservotalk outlets (like TMJ or WISN). At least WCPT 820 comes in decently during the daytime in the Milwaukee area. And there's always The Mic on V100's HD3 channel. As for me, an Android phone with the TuneIn app does the job quite well in the car, though I almost exclusively listen to music stations or Pandora.
