"WMCS-AM (1290), the station whose talk and music format has served the African American community for twenty years is changing formats, it was announced Tuesday. The format change was described as a "business decision" by Bill Hurwitz, vice president of the Milwaukee Radio Alliance, a partnership of Willie Davis' All Pro Broadcasting and Times Shamrock Inc. The group also owns WLDB-FM (93.3) and WLUM-FM (102.1)."
