WISN and Mark Belling

I don't ordinarily listen to Mark at this time, but have been now that Dan O'Donald has moved over there and is now doing the afternoon news. I've noticed that for whatever reason, management lets Mark go way past the 6:00 hour, until about 6:10. Then, there is a Five minute news block, after which they finally join Hanity's program in progress. Does anyone know why they are doing this, or has someone already brought this up? It makes no sense!
