The reason they picked it up was to boost their morning cume. The show is successful in the south, and the PD had to do something to make it look like she/he was doing something to justify why he/she was there.

: Interesting decision indeed. If they wanted to be a true jukebox, as the format normally is, they should have never picked up the younger skewing show to begin with. Anyone have an insider's point of view on the reason they did pick it up? Was another station in the market possibly going to get it? I'm sure the faux-syndo-nation Connie & Fish Show peeps are happy about this move.
