Delafield is still outside WNWC's protected contour. Their tower is on the far west side of Madison, so it only extends out to roughly just past Johnson Creek.

Again, it was nice that WNOV voluntarily shut it down in the spirit of cooperation, especially since they had another frequency lined up. My point is there was no FCC involvement, and WNOV could have legally kept their translator on the air.
