Jeremy,
Someone in another thread here posted that iHeartMedia (I think the name change was needed, still can't stop calling it CC tho) essentially programs much if not all of local CHRs (and probably other formats too). Is that correct? I have too heard Radio Now and KISS FM Chicago playing similar songs at similar or nearby times, I streamed Z100 NY and KIIS FM LA as the poster here suggested and I hear the similarities too. If true, what is the PD doing these days? They aren't hiring people because most of the dayparts are covered by voicetrack or work parts through the syndication services. Is that why a PD is often now PD of 3+ stations in a group vs. focusing on one station and doing it well?
