Fair enough, Curious! I hadn't thought of that. I still feel like it's different to have radio talkers giving unprecedented time to certain candidates and not others. At least with editorial boards at newspapers, it's sectioned off to be a clear endorsement for x reasons, vs talkers working it into their show in clear and subliminal ways. No?
I also haven't seen a newspaper instruct its readers to vote in the primary for the opposite of their registered party, and do it to try and throw off the (in this case, Democrat) election.
Finally, I really don't know why David Clarke doesn't just run as a Republican. Maybe it's because Milwaukee County is so liberal that he thinks a Republican could never get elected as Sheriff? That's an outsider's view, keep in mind!
