I think the music is tired and imaging played out, but it's working and keep in mind we radio peeps notice things far in advance of listeners, if listeners ever notice them. What you reported they said sounds like a little attempt at being clever, ala we don't want our staff anymore, you take 'em. hardee har har. :)
