WISN would definitely benefit from a FM simulcast given their lower nighttime power coupled with an extremely tight directional pattern that includes a strong null that covers half of Waukesha county.

97.3 (originally WISN-FM) would be the obvious choice given the relatively low ratings that Radio Now is getting. They already have ISN on HD 97.3/2 and they could simply make a swap and put Now on there without having to drop it entirely. Might even help sell some HD radios.
